If you require a custom case, these are the steps we will take with you....

1. Discussions and Initial Sketches:

A lot of questions to help us focus on your needs... and some rough sketches to be sure we understand what you are looking for. What is the environment the computer will be used in; which features of the computer require access; what are the time constraints?

2. Drawings and Proposals:

Once we agree on the requirements, a formalized drawing is submitted for your review, as well as a recommendation on the method of production and materials to be used.

3. Prototype Sample:

Based on the previous step being finalized, a hand-cut sample is constructed for our mutual review. With the equipment in the case we will evaluate if any additional modifications are needed for final approval.

4. Pre-Production Sample:

The first unit is produced from the tooling and dies. Once this sample is inspected and reviewed, full production can start.
